MIG WELDING – INTELLIGENT SYNERGY AND FULL PROCESS CONTROL

SPARTUS ProMIG 5000 offers extensive MIG/MAG welding capabilities, combining manual mode with an advanced synergic mode based on pre-defined synergic programs. In MIG Synergy mode, the machine actively supports the operator by suggesting optimal working parameters such as material thickness and wire feed speed, significantly reducing setup time and simplifying operation in variable production tasks. At the same time, the user retains full control over the process thanks to the ability of manual parameter adjustment, allowing precise arc characteristic tuning to individual preferences and material specifications.

SPARTUS ProMIG 5000 provides advanced configuration options for the MIG/MAG welding process that go beyond standard settings available in conventional semi-automatic machines. The user has access to precise adjustment of parameters such as pre-flow and post-flow gas time, burn back, and soft wire feed start (slow feed), enabling optimal process preparation and minimizing weld defects.

Additionally, the device allows arc dynamics control through adjustment of initial and final current as well as rise and fall times. This wide adjustment range makes it possible to tailor welding characteristics to specific technological applications, improving weld quality, process stability, and repeatability in serial production.

The unit supports various torch control modes, including 2T, 4T, and 4T+, which increases ergonomics and operator comfort during long welds and tasks requiring reduced fatigue. Furthermore, the SPOT welding function enables fast and repeatable tack welds, making it particularly useful in assembly work and thin sheet production.

A precise four-roll wire feeder ensures stable and consistent feeding of welding material even under heavy loads and with long welding cables. The wide range of supported wire diameters and the ability to use large spools make the device ideal for both serial production and heavy steel structure fabrication. MIG 501 TORCH WITH ADVANCED HANDLE CONTROL

SPARTUS ProMIG 5000 is available in the TOWER version, supplied with a standard SP 501 4m MIG gun and a specialized torch with an integrated control system in the handle, which provides a significant advantage over standard solutions available on the market. Unlike conventional MIG torches, this solution enables direct adjustment of voltage and welding current from the torch handle, without the need to operate the main control panel. This significantly improves ergonomics and allows the operator to dynamically adjust parameters during welding, which is especially important when working on large structures, in hard-to-reach areas, or under changing technological conditions. Real-time adjustment translates into better arc control, process stability, and higher weld quality.

SPARTUS ProMIG 5000 is equipped with an external liquid cooling unit, significantly enhancing performance under high loads. An important feature is the ability to switch the cooling system on or off, allowing the machine configuration to be adapted to current needs. At lower currents, the operator can use lighter air-cooled torches without activating liquid cooling, while at higher parameters the cooling system ensures stability and protects components.
